The idea

The human body is a remarkably efficient system: it distributes tasks, monitors itself, corrects its mistakes and remembers what it has faced. These are the same skills every company needs.

Each episode takes a common management problem, a medical analogy that explains it, a practical solution and a short medical fact that adds depth.

An example from the series: Why delegate at all?

If the brain controlled every breath and every heartbeat itself, the body could not survive. So it delegates vital functions to systems that run automatically.

A manager who keeps every decision in their own hands becomes a bottleneck where all work stalls. The solution is to delegate what is repetitive and clear, and keep the strategic decisions.
